FABLED PRINTS TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the Fabled Prints online store. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. ABOUT FABLED PRINTS
Fabled Prints LLC is an Alaska-based business that designs, manufactures, and sells resin tabletop miniatures, custom miniature designs, digital STL files, and related products.
2. PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products. Because many Fabled Prints products are produced using resin 3D printing, minor variations may occur between individual prints.
Product photographs, renders, painted examples, and digital previews are provided to represent the design. Colors displayed on a screen may vary from actual physical products.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, physical miniatures are supplied unpainted.
3. RESIN MINIATURES
Resin miniatures may contain small, thin, or delicate components and should be handled carefully.
Minor support marks, small surface variations, and other characteristics associated with resin 3D printing may occur and are not necessarily considered defects when they do not materially affect the overall miniature.
Fabled Prints miniatures are intended as tabletop gaming, painting, collecting, or display products. They are not intended for small children and may contain small parts.
4. CUSTOM MINIATURES
Customers purchasing a custom miniature are responsible for providing sufficient information and reference material for the requested design.
Custom orders include up to the number of revision rounds specified on the applicable product page. Additional or substantial redesign requests may require an additional charge or separate quote.
Fabled Prints will provide a final design for customer approval before physical production begins.
Customer approval authorizes Fabled Prints to proceed with production based on the approved design.
Once final approval has been provided and production has begun, ordinary cancellations, returns, or exchanges generally are not available for custom products.
5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED REFERENCE MATERIAL
By submitting photographs, artwork, character designs, logos, or other reference material to Fabled Prints, you represent that you own the material or otherwise have sufficient permission or rights to use it for the requested purpose.
Submitting reference material does not transfer ownership of that material to Fabled Prints.
Fabled Prints reserves the right to decline a custom request when we reasonably believe fulfilling it could violate another person's intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
6. DIGITAL STL FILES
When a digital STL file is included with or purchased as part of an order, the customer receives a limited license to use the delivered file for personal, non-commercial use, unless different licensing terms are expressly provided in writing.
Unless expressly authorized by Fabled Prints, customers may not sell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, publish, or otherwise distribute Fabled Prints STL files.
Customers may not sell physical prints produced from an STL supplied under a personal-use license without separate written commercial permission from Fabled Prints.
Purchase or delivery of an STL file does not transfer ownership of Fabled Prints' underlying intellectual property.
7. FABLED PRINTS DESIGNS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Except for customer-owned material incorporated into a custom project, Fabled Prints retains its rights in its original designs, product photographs, branding, graphics, written content, digital models, and other original materials, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.
Nothing in these Terms grants a customer permission to reproduce or commercially exploit Fabled Prints intellectual property except as expressly authorized.
8. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other charges may be added at checkout where required.
Promotions and discounts may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, and limitations and may not be combined unless specifically permitted.
9. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not require Fabled Prints to fulfill an order that cannot reasonably or lawfully be completed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in circumstances such as suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, unavailable materials, inability to fulfill a custom request, or other reasonable business or legal circumstances.
If Fabled Prints cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded.
10. SHIPPING
Processing and delivery estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fabled Prints is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing shipping problems.

11. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by the Fabled Prints Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. WEBSITE USE
You may not use the Fabled Prints website or services to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with store operations, attempt unauthorized access to systems or customer information, transmit malicious software, or otherwise misuse the service.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, product customization, and other functionality. Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fabled Prints LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Fabled Prints may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the applicable time will govern use of the store, subject to applicable law.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Alaska and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply based on a customer's location.
