FABLED PRINTS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your miniature. Every Fabled Prints product is made to order, cleaned, cured, inspected, and carefully packaged before shipment. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can work with you to make it right.
STANDARD MINIATURES & NON-CUSTOM PRODUCTS
We accept return requests for standard, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in substantially the same condition in which it was received and must not have been painted, primed, modified, assembled, or intentionally altered.
Please contact us before sending a return. Returns sent without first contacting Fabled Prints may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to an error by Fabled Prints, damage during shipping, or a significant manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
CUSTOM MINIATURES
Custom miniatures are created specifically for an individual customer and are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Custom miniature orders include a design and approval process. Once custom design work has begun, cancellation may be limited. Once the customer has approved the final design and the miniature has entered production, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned, or exchanged because the product was created specifically for that customer.
This does not affect our commitment to address items that arrive damaged, contain a significant manufacturing defect, or differ materially from the design approved by the customer due to an error by Fabled Prints.
DIGITAL STL FILES
Digital STL files are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered or made available to the customer, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem with a file supplied by Fabled Prints, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order after delivery. If your miniature arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you believe there is a significant manufacturing defect, contact Fabled Prints as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, packaging, and damage or issue when applicable. This helps us determine the appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, replacement component, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
RESIN MINIATURE CHARACTERISTICS
Fabled Prints miniatures are highly detailed resin 3D prints. Minor support marks, small surface variations, slight differences between prints, and other characteristics inherent to resin 3D printing may occur.
Extremely thin details such as bowstrings, chains, spikes, weapon tips, fingers, horns, and other delicate features may be particularly fragile. Minor printing characteristics that do not materially affect the overall miniature are not considered significant manufacturing defects.
This does not exclude genuine printing defects, substantial damage, incorrect products, or errors by Fabled Prints.
CANCELLATIONS
For standard products, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because our miniatures are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once production or fulfillment has begun.
For custom products, cancellation may not be available once substantial design work has begun and ordinarily will not be available after final design approval or production has started.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
